Default Workflow Introduction
1. System Auto-Creation
The system automatically creates a default workflow for every new shop. This workflow comes pre-configured with comprehensive AI customer service capabilities, covering core e-commerce scenarios:
- Comprehensive Order Management: Supports self-service order status queries, shipping address modifications, and cancellation of unfulfilled orders, significantly reducing manual workload.
- Smart Shopping Guide: Recommends products based on customer needs and answers detailed questions about specs, stock, and pricing to boost conversion.
- Intent Recognition: Accurately distinguishes whether a customer wants to check an order, ask about a product, handle a return, or just chat.
- Basic Q&A: Connected to the knowledge base to automatically answer common questions like return policies, shipping rates, and membership benefits.
- General Chit-Chat: Equipped with polite conversational skills to provide warm and welcoming service.

This means you get an "out-of-the-box" super-intelligent customer service without any complex configuration. In the workflow list, the one with a yellow star icon is the currently active default workflow.

2. Flexible Switching & Customization
We understand that every shop's business is unique. If you are not satisfied with the default workflow, you can:
- Create New Workflow: Click "New" in the workflow management interface to design a flow that perfectly fits your business logic.
- Switch Workflow: You can set your own workflow as "Default" at any time, and the system will immediately switch to the new logic.
- Edit: You can also modify the default workflow to quickly adapt it to your needs.
3. Continuous Evolution
The default workflow is not static. Our R&D team is constantly improving it:
